Your own certificates are available on the course page; once you open the course, you can see the option to download the certificate. If the option is not showing and the course is completed, then the course is from Train4Academy; in that case, they have sent the certificates directly to your mail. Please check your mail.
If you are a group leader or site leader and you want to check the users' certificates, then you can see that on the users' certificate reports.
