The name displayed on a certificate is taken directly from the first name and last name entered when the user account was created.
Certificates are automatically issued using these account details. If the name entered during account creation is incorrect, the certificate will also display the incorrect name.
If your certificate contains an incorrect name, please contact your support team to have your account details reviewed and corrected. You can contact support using the support widget available on the site, or you can send an email to support@tolearn.academy
